347/347H Stainless Steel
347 stainless steel is a stabilized austenitic chromium-nickel alloy containing columbium (niobium) and tantalum. It offers superior resistance to intergranular corrosion in the chromium carbide precipitation range (800-1500°F). It provides higher creep and stress rupture properties than 304/304L and is ideal for high-temperature service where sensitization is a concern.
